Terms Of Service
Please include as many references as possible! this will ensure I can accurately portray your character(s) in a shorter amount of time, if you do not have references please disclose a detailed description of what you want with the understanding that the product will be my own interpretation!
I maintain the right to decline a commission if the request makes me uncomfortable!
I do not do refunds The only exception to this would be if I was unable to complete a request! If this scenario were to happen you would be refunded based on the percentage of completion of the artwork, for example a commission that was 45% completed would be refunded 55% of the total!
You are allowed personal and non commercial uses such as using the finished product for wallpaper, your profile icon, a reference sheet, etc.
Using the product for resale without consulting me is strictly prohibited and action will be taken if you break this rule. If you intend to use my artwork for commercial use please let me know up front so we can work out the specifics!
After receiving the final product you have 48 hours to request any small changes (at no additional charge) such as color edits or moving a small object a little over, anything large at this point in the process is an additional charge.
Depending on the volume of requests your order should be completed within one month unless I am particularly busy which I will let you know of as soon as I can, you can request a rush order but it will cost a small fee
I reserve the right to upload commission work online, if there is a reason you would like to keep your commissioned work private please let me know within the creation time and i will respect your decision to do so.
If I find you have gone against some of these more serious terms action may be taken depending on the severity.
The use of AI art is strictly prohibited, I will refuse your commission if i find you take part in unethical AI practices! Furthermore using my art to feed and train these machines in anyway will be met with legal action.

Gore(Depending on my comfort with the request)
Fan OC's with the understanding that i will only draw your oc and not any characters that are canon
NSFW
Self ships with canon characters (yumeship)

Any provided AI prompts

How to place a commission order?
To order a commission all you have to do is message me directly on any of my linked social medias and we can discuss the details there! I am also available on discord or through email.

Payment Process
Payment and pricing as shown is all in usd
I will request **half of the agreed upon payment upfront ** and the other half when the product is finished! (I can do a longer term payment plan if needed)
Currently only accepting direct payment through PayPal, Stripe, or Cashapp! I do not accept cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, dogecoin, NFT's, etc.
Commission Procedure
➨I will send an invoice for half of the agreed upon payment upfront
➨Sketching will typically begin within 48 hours of receiving payment depending on the volume of requests I’m receiving
➨After I have created a colored sketch I will send you a watermarked version to make sure you’re happy with it before continuing *Make sure you ask to make any changes now as it will be more difficult the further I get into the process
➨After approval is received I will begin the process of cleaning up the artwork
➨I will go through at least 1-2 more progress checkpoints with you along the way to make sure you’re happy with the direction the final piece is going in
➨The finished product will be sent to you with watermarks for final approval, and once approved you’ll receive the invoice for the other half of the agreed upon payment. Once payment is received i will send you the final product at a higher quality without watermarks through either Discord, Google Drive, Or email!
